10 young people from Petite Place Cazeau gather on the weekends to learn to make shoes as part of The Salvation Army's emotional support program for children and adolescents. These 16 and 17 year-olds are excited to learn a new skill that has the potential to help them provide for their families.

Teens don't only learn to make shoes, they learn about the history of the craft as well.
