Sept 6, 2012: The part of the compound that housed the old DHQ and will house the new clinic and social services building has been prepared for construction.

Haitian firm ARCOTEC has begun construction at the Delmas 2 compound. After more than one year of work on plans for the new buildings, and programs they contain, The Salvation Army is excited for them to become a reality. The new buildings will be both hurricane and earthquake resistant, and will have space to provide more direct services to the Delmas 2/St. Martin community.
