The Salvation Army, Haiti Divisional Headquarters has relocated to the Santo neighborhood. The new facility will allow for expansion in the coming years, including a conference center that will generate income for the division. Colonels William and Sue Harfoot, Chief Secretary and Secretary for Women's Ministries from the USA West, and Lt. Colonels Sydney and Trypheme McKenzie, Caribbean Territorial Secretary for Personnel and League of Mercy Secretary, were present for the April 2 dedication. The USA Western Territory sponsored the purchase of the new headquarters that Colonel Harfoot challenged officers and staff to make more than just a headquarters but, "a house where holiness is the hallmark."
